Our ethical supply chain
At Britannia we’re hugely proud of our products, our people and the companies we work with. We’re committed to operating an ethical supply chain, and ensuring the highest possible standards in all our interactions with customers, partners and employees.
As a family-run business that has grown into a global organisation, we maintain a culture of honesty, integrity and transparency that is shared by our people around the world. Through these values we aim to build mutually beneficial and long-lasting relationships with our customers, employees and the communities in which we are based.
Transparent sourcing and an ethical supply chain
A deep commitment to operating an ethical supply chain informs all of our strategic decisions. Our aim is to uphold the highest ethical standards in garment supply chains and help our customers to do the same. For this reason, we’ve invested heavily in garment supply chain transparency systems that provide full order visibility to our customers, as well as tracking the origins of all raw materials used in our factories.
Our people
Our success is built on the dedication and expertise of our people. There are close to 500 Britannia employees worldwide and each one has a part to play in the future of the business. We believe the continuous improvement of our workforce is vital, which is why investing in training and personal development remains a core part of our strategy.
